Dear Colleagues,
The Scientific Committee of The 2021 Annual Conference of the Association of Teacher Education in Europe (ATEE) and the Editorial Board of the journal Kwartalnik Pedagogiczny (Education Research Quarterly), which is the flag scientific journal of the Faculty of Education University of Warsaw with its 65 years of tradition, are pleased to announce a special issue of the journal, which is scheduled to be published on December 2021, and dedicated to the most important issues that will be discussed during the conference.
In the issue entitled: (Re)imagining & Remaking Teacher Education we will publish the most interesting papers that will be presented at the conference. We hope this will be a convenient forum for sharing research findings on: (i) personal and professional values and their implications for teacher education, teachers’ professional learning, school leadership and educational policy, (ii) development of teacher competencies for inclusion and social justice in a changing world; and (iii) and current challenges in pre-service and in-service teacher education.
Scientific papers that have not been published previously and are not considered for publication in another journal or in a collective work are welcome. The maximum size of the entire text (including bibliography and abstract) should be around 8 000 words. Authors may submit papers in English and Polish. Detailed information on how to prepare the text for printing can be found at the website.
All manuscripts submitted to the Kwartalnik Pedagogiczny (Education Research Quarterly) are checked for compliance with the ethical standards of publication, as well as for their reliability and scientific value, and will be reviewed under the rules adopted in the Pedagogical Quarterly (double-blind peer review) – see here.
All papers should be submitted via online ICI Publishers Panel. Submission deadline: Thursday, 30 September 2020, 11:59 PM CEST (Brussels time).
